I am now the proud owner of a Sony Xperia Miro, with my service provider being Vodafone. And with it being an android phone there is a plethora of programmes for it, or as they should be known as 'apps'. I didn't like the software keyboard that came with it so I ended up buying a Swiftkey3 keyboard and just using that, which is pretty good as it learns your writing pattern and style so is able to predict words for you.
One of my favourite programmes on it is 'Evernote' which is a free programme for free thinking and note taking. It is possible to use this offline but only if you take out a premium subscription, which works out to be £4 a month or £35 for a year. This is incredibly good value I believe. And its something that I'm taking advantage of because its so useful.
You can record your notes, or take photographs and incorporate them into your notes, maps too. One thing I would like to see though is the ability to insert calendars into them, but maybe that's for the future?
The only limit that I can see to Evernote is your imagination as it is so useful in many different ways.
